74% of surveyed business leaders said their company plans to give raises, while only 8% say they are not and 18% are undecided
Half of leaders say 50% or less of their employees will get a raise next year, and 14% say all employees will get a raise
32% say they believe it’s most important for mid-level employees to get a raise, 18% say senior level, 17% say executive level, and 16% say entry level
16% say no one group is more important than another
